Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Register patients with demographic, insurance, and visit information; obtain signatures on documents.
• Perform check-in and admission functions; verify patient identity.
• Discuss payments and provide patient estimates; collect copays and balances.
• Assist with documentation and data entry; schedule follow-up appointments.
• Explain and provide handouts; ensure privacy and confidentiality.
