You will provide direct assistance with appointments, pre-registration, testing locations and directions using a team-centered approach across various support venues.

The role requires a High School diploma, at least one year in customer service, and the ability to uphold Summa Health's Service Excellence Standards with compassionate communication.

Qualifications

• Able to demonstrate basic computer skills and use various computer applications.
• One year of experience in direct customer service.
• Must meet and exceed Summa Health System's Service Excellence Standards.
