Job summary

Summa Health Akron City Campus is seeking a friendly, customer-focused Front Desk Associate to warmly greet employees, vendors and visitors. You will guide guests, verify access, and provide directions while maintaining a safe, courteous environment.

In this role you will handle basic registrations, answer inquiries, and support safety and compliance programs across Summa Health facilities. A high school diploma and roughly one year in customer service are expected, with solid computer skills

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of direct customer service experience.
• Must meet/exceed Summa Health Service Excellence Standards.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use various applications; interaction with diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for employees, vendors, and patrons at hospital entrances.
• Create a positive first impression for patients, families, and visitors.
• Assist with confirmations, pre-registration, testing/department locations, etc.
• Help ensure compliance with laws and safety procedures.
