Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred 1 year of relevant experience in insurance billing, access management, patient financial services, electronic health records, lab service support or other related fields.

Responsibilities

• Greets and communicates with patients or visitors as a concierge.
• Performs clerical tasks such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, ordering supplies, generating letters, and processing registrations.
