Corewell Health seeks a part-time Patient Registration associate in Grand Haven. You will greet patients, support the care center operations, and assist with registrations, scheduling, and basic EMR tasks. This role emphasizes delivering a positive patient experience.

Responsibilities include handling phone calls, directing patients, and maintaining accurate demographic and insurance information in the system, while supporting safety initiatives and adhering to corporate guidelines.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred 1 year of relevant experience in insurance billing, access management, patient financial services, electronic health records, lab service support or related fields.

Responsabilidades

• Greets and assists patients and visitors at the front desk.
• Performs clerical tasks: answers phones, schedules appointments, orders supplies, processes mail and registrations.
• Handles patient check-in/out, verifies demographics and insurance information, and guides patients to self-registration when needed.
• Maintains patient records in the EHR and uploads documents into EPIC; basic EMR/EHR scanning.
