Qualifications

• 1+ years of administrative experience in a business setting (healthcare or customer-service context preferred).
• Intermediate level computer proficiency with basic software tools.
• Access to reliable transportation for coverage across sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greets patients and performs health screening with attention to privacy and accuracy.
• Verifies patient demographics and insurance information in the Practice Management System.
• Collects payments, co-pays and balances; balances cash and completes end-of-day reconciliation.
