Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma/Equivalent.
• Background check will be completed.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and move merchandise in a warehouse-style store.
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Open and close store operations and front-end processes.
• Coordinate staffing with the Assistant Store Manager to meet traffic, sales, and customer experience.
• Plan daily/weekly tasks to meet store, department, and guest engagement goals.
• Support inventory control, safety, loss prevention, and customer experience to drive profitability.
• Lead training, coaching, and performance to improve productivity.
• Handle freight processing, stocking, and end-cap maintenance.
• Perform other duties as needed; open availability for nights and weekends.
