Job summary

At Home is seeking an Operations Lead (Part-Time) to support store processes and uphold our standards that drive sales. This role involves opening, closing, training, and task delegation while maintaining safety, ethics, and compliance in a warehouse-format retail setting.

The role requires lifting, moving merchandise, and staying active throughout shifts, with a focus on staff coordination and customer satisfaction. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and some holidays is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma/Equivalent required.
• Background check will be completed.
• Clear and concise communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. and team lift 100 lbs. as needed.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and reach as part of daily tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to standards and processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform store opening, closing, and Front-End processes with accuracy and readiness.
• Coordinate with Assistant Store Manager to maximize staffing and adhere to labor policies.
• Plan and assign daily/weekly zone tasks to meet store and sales goals.
• Support inventory control, loss prevention, safety, and customer experience.
• Drive productivity through coaching, training, and performance evaluations.
• Lead daily interactions and team huddles to reinforce customer experience.
• Participate in freight processes for incoming shipments and transitions.
• Stock shelves, down-stock, and maintain neat, organized store appearance.
• Handle any other duties as needed to support business needs.
• Maintain open availability for nights and weekends.
