Job summary

At Home is seeking an Operations Lead (Part-Time) to support store processes in our warehouse-format store, reporting to the Assistant Store Manager and helping maintain operations and a selling culture to drive sales. The OL oversees opening, closing, training, and task delegation while upholding safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma/Equivalent.
• Background Check will be completed.
• Clear and concise communication skills.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. and team lift 100 lbs. as well as to move merchandise around the warehouse-format store routinely.
• Ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods of time.
• Ability to bend, climb, and reach.
• Detail-oriented and reliable.
• Ability to train, develop, lead a team.
• Creates a sense of urgency and promotes teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Open/close store and Front-End processes; maintain readiness and safety.
• Coordinate with ASM to optimize staffing and labor standards.
• Plan daily/weekly zone workload and assign tasks to meet goals.
• Support inventory control, loss prevention, and customer experience.
• Drive productivity through training, coaching, and leadership.
• Lead daily team huddles to communicate and train.
• Handle freight processes and stock shelves.
• Perform other duties as needed.
• Maintain availability for nights and weekends.
