Job summary

Sky Zone, part of CircusTrix, is seeking a Team Lead to operate onsite and rotate through Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities. You’ll supervise, coach, and step in as Manager on Duty to keep the park running smoothly and safely while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in operations or guest-facing roles with some leadership experience, and are comfortable with POS systems and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in operations or guest‑facing roles.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience.
• Background in retail sales, food & beverage, amusement/entertainment, or recreation preferred.
• Basic proficiency with technology, including POS systems and MS Office; ability to learn new platforms.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor and set the tone for your team, acting as MOD when management isn’t on-site.
• Coach, support, and delegate to team members across departments to ensure operational excellence.
• Step into any operational area to maintain guest experiences and park flow.
• Communicate guest issues and safety concerns to the Management Team in a timely manner.
• Drive membership and program sales while delivering WOW service standards.
• Oversee parties, events, cafe operations, and facilities to ensure safety and guest delight.
