Job summary

Sky Zone is seeking a hands‑on Team Lead for an on‑site, part‑time role in the Operations department. You will rotate through Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities, providing practical leadership when managers aren’t on site.

You’ll guide front‑line staff, coach team members, and ensure safe, engaging guest experiences while maintaining park operations and guest flow. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in operations or guest‑facing roles.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience.
• Background in retail sales, food & beverage, amusement/entertainment, or recreation preferred.
• Ability to move throughout all areas of the park and lift at least 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) when GM/OM are not present, ensuring safety and guest satisfaction.
• Provide on‑the‑floor leadership, coaching, and delegation across departments.
• Rotate through Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and F&B/Facilities to maintain seamless guest experiences.
• Lead by example to meet Sky Zone’s WOW service standards and drive operations excellence.
