Job summary

Sky Zone in Frisco, TX is seeking a hands-on Team Lead for a part-time, onsite role within Operations. You will rotate through Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities, acting as MOD when needed and driving guest satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in operations or guest-facing roles, strong communication, and a desire to grow into higher leadership levels. Availability for weekends and evenings is required.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Minimum 2 years of progressive experience in operations or guest-facing roles.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Retail sales/food service/amusements background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty when GM/OM are not present and ensure safety, operations, and team accountability.
• Lead guest interactions, coach team members, and drive WOW service standards.
• Oversee Parties, Events, and daily park operations to ensure guest delight.
• Manage front desk, memberships, and upsell opportunities during shifts.
• Support park facilities, cafe, and event spaces to maintain best-in-class standards.
