The role requires lifting and movement around a warehouse-format store, with emphasis on accuracy and efficiency. The position emphasizes teamwork, staff coordination, and adherence to labor policies to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma/Equivalent.
• Background Check will be completed.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. and team lift 100 lbs.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Strong communication and comprehension skills.

Responsabilités

• Open, close, and front-end processes with accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate staffing to maximize traffic, sales, and customer experience while meeting labor standards.
• Plan daily/weekly zone workload and assign tasks to achieve store goals.
• Support inventory control, safety, loss prevention, and customer experience.
• Train, coach, plan, monitor, and appraise team results.
• Process inbound freight and stock products on shelves; maintain neat, clean store.
• Open availability for nights and weekends.
