At Home in Kennewick, WA is seeking an Operations Lead (Part-Time) to support store processes and a vibrant selling culture by upholding company standards, safety, and ethics. The role includes opening, closing, training, and task delegation, with lifting and stocking in a warehouse-style setting.

Collaborating with the Assistant Store Manager, you will optimize staffing, manage daily tasks, ensure inventory accuracy, and enhance guest experiences while safeguarding assets.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma/Equivalent.
• Background Check will be completed.
• Strong communication skills.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. and team lift 100 lbs.
• Ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods.
• Detail-oriented and reliable.
• Works independently and as part of a team.
• Energetic, safe and compliant.

Responsabilités

• Open, close, and manage Front-End processes with accurate execution and security.
• Coordinate with ASM to optimize staffing for traffic, sales, and customer experience.
• Plan and execute daily/weekly zone workload and assign tasks to meet goals.
• Support inventory control, safety, and loss prevention to keep store profitable.
• Drive productivity through coaching, training, and performance reviews.
• Lead daily huddles and training to enhance the customer experience.
• Participate in freight processes and maintain orderly shelves and end caps.
• Handle other duties as needed and maintain availability for nights and weekends.
