Job summary

At Home is seeking an Operations Lead (Part-Time) to support store processes, training, and a dynamic selling culture in a warehouse-style store. You will handle opening/closing, stock, and customer interactions while upholding company standards and safety.

You will supervise daily tasks, assist with labor planning, and drive efficiency through coaching and task delegation. Evening and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Background Check will be completed.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. and team lift 100 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Reliable and trustworthy, ethical behavior.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to train, coach, and lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store and manage front-end processes with accuracy.
• Coordinate staffing with the Assistant Store Manager to optimize traffic and sales.
• Plan daily/weekly zone workload and assign tasks to meet goals.
• Support inventory control, safety, shrink, and loss prevention.
• Lead and coach the team to boost productivity.
• Participate in freight processes and stock maintenance.
• Maintain a neat, clean, organized store.
• Open availability including nights and weekends.
