Job summary

At Home is seeking an Operations Lead (Part-Time) to support store processes and a selling culture. You will manage opening/closing, training, task delegation, and daily operations while upholding safety and company standards.

The role involves lifting and stocking in a warehouse-format store and requires availability nights and weekends. You will coordinate with the Assistant Store Manager to optimize staffing, ensure accurate labor models, and maintain customer experience metrics.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma/Equivalent.
• Background Check will be completed.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. and team lift 100 lbs.; move merchandise.
• Stand or walk for prolonged periods.
• Bend, climb, and reach; work independently or in a team.
• Detail-oriented and trustworthy.
• Creates a sense of urgency; promotes teamwork and delegation.

Responsibilities

• Open, close, and Front-End processes with readiness and housekeeping.
• Coordinate with ASM to maximize staffing and meet labor standards.
• Plan daily/weekly zone workload and assign tasks to meet goals.
• Support inventory control, safety, loss prevention, and customer experience.
• Drive productivity through training, coaching, and monitoring results.
• Lead daily team huddles and communicate customer-focused topics.
• Handle freight processes for incoming freight and transitions; stock shelves.
