Job summary

At Home is seeking an Operations Lead (Part-Time) to support store processes, maintain company standards, and drive sales in a warehouse-format setting. The role involves opening/closing, training, task delegation, and ensuring safety and compliance while handling lifting and stocking tasks.

The OL will coordinate with the Assistant Store Manager to optimize staffing and customer experience, manage freight, and ensure timely execution of daily and weekly workload plans.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Clear and concise verbal and written communication.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. and team lift 100 lbs.
• Stand or walk for prolonged periods; bend, climb, and reach as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Creates urgency; promotes teamwork and delegates appropriately.
• Able to train, develop, motivate, and lead a team.
• Flexible and creative with multiple tasks as priorities shift.

Responsibilities

• Performs store opening, closing, and Front-End processes with accuracy and readiness.
• Coordinates with the Assistant Store Manager to maximize staffing and meet labor standards.
• Plans and executes daily/weekly zone workload and assigns tasks to achieve goals.
• Supports inventory control, safety, loss prevention, and customer experience.
• Drives productivity through training, coaching, and evaluating results.
• Leverages daily interactions and team huddles to communicate and train.
• Participates in freight processes for incoming freight and transitions.
• Processes freight, stocks products on shelves, including down stocking and end cap maintenance.
