Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma/Equivalent.
• Background Check will be completed.
• Clear and concise communication skills.
• Flexible schedule including nights/weekends/holidays.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs and team lift 100 lbs.
• Ability to stand/walk for prolonged periods.

Responsibilities

• Open/close store and front-end processes with timely execution and safety.
• Coordinate staffing with Operations Manager to support traffic, sales, and customer experience.
• Plan/execute daily/weekly zone workload and delegate tasks to meet goals.
• Support inventory control, safety, and loss prevention.
• Lead through training, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Communicate with the team to reinforce customer experience.
• Handle freight processes and merchandising, including stocking and end caps.
