Job summary

Bonterra is seeking an on-site events assistant to support multiple markets across the US. This part-time, seasonal role requires travel within a 125-mile radius of your home market and on-site attendance for long event shifts.

You will help run OneCause technology and collaborate with Event Managers, Support Staff, and clients to maximize event revenue. Applicants should have 2+ years of in-person customer service, comfort with web-based software and mobile devices, and excellent communication

Qualifications

• 2+ years of in-person customer service experience.
• Comfortable using web-based software and mobile devices (iPhone/Android).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the successful execution of customer events through on-site management of OneCause technology.
• Work with OneCause staff including Event Managers, Onsite Support, and Support Staff.
• Help manage OneCause technology including OneCause software, laptops, and iPads.
• Assist Event Manager with client expectations and OneCause-related tasks.
• Navigate and troubleshoot the software in real time with clients.
• Review client data and adjust configurations to maximize event revenue.
