Job summary

Bonterra is seeking an on-site Event Support Specialist to assist at client events within a 125-mile radius of the home market. This part-time seasonal role requires travel, on-site presence for 10-12 hour events, and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of in-person customer service experience.
• Experience with web-based software and basic setup/troubleshooting.
• Comfortable using smartphones and tablets (iPhone/Android) and laptops.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Highly organized with ability to meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist on-site at events to ensure successful execution of OneCause technology.
• Manage OneCause staff including Assistant Event Managers and Onsite Support Staff.
• Set up and manage OneCause technology including software, laptops and iPads.
• Resolve client expectations on-site and provide training to clients and staff.
• Review client data and suggest changes to maximize event revenue following best practices.
• Navigate and troubleshoot our software to support clients.
