Job summary

Bonterra is seeking a part-time Event Manager to support on-site client events across multiple markets. Work is seasonal with events lasting long days; travel within a 125-mile radius of your home market is required. This role is not remote and requires availability for weekend and evening schedules.

You will lead on-site management of OneCause technology, supervise staff, set up devices, train client teams, review guest data, and advocate best practices to maximize event revenue.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of in-person customer service experience.
• Experience with web-based software and basic setup/troubleshooting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; highly organized with deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support the successful execution of customer events through on-site management of OneCause technology.
• Manage OneCause staff including Assistant Event Managers and Onsite Support Staff.
• Set up and manage OneCause technology including software, laptops, and iPads.
• Manage and resolve client expectations on-site and provide software training.
