Job summary

Bonterra is seeking a part-time, seasonal on-site event assistant to support client events across a designated US region. The role requires 2+ years of in-person customer service experience and comfort with web-based software and mobile devices.

Qualifications

2+ years of in-person customer service experience.
Experience with web-based software and mobile devices.
Exceptional communication skills in writing and speech; highly organized.
High level of initiative and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
Event, non-profit, or fundraising experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Support successful on-site execution of client events using OneCause technology.
Manage OneCause staff, including Assistant Event Managers and Onsite Support Staff.
Set up and manage OneCause software and devices (laptops, iPads, smartphones).
Resolve client expectations and ensure satisfaction during events.
Provide on-site software training to clients, staff, volunteers, and guests.
Review client data and optimize use of software to maximize event revenue.
Collaborate with clients to ensure full software utilization and best practices.
Navigate and troubleshoot the software on-site as needed.
