Job summary

Bonterra is seeking a part-time, seasonal On-site Events Support role to help manage OneCause technology at live fundraising events across multiple markets. Travel within a 125-mile radius is expected.

You will work with Event Managers and Support Staff, handle laptops, iPads, and the OneCause software, and ensure events run smoothly. This position requires strong customer service, tech comfort, and excellent communication, with on-site hours typical for events.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of in-person customer service experience.
• Comfortable using intuitive web-based software and smartphones.
• Basic knowledge of setting up and troubleshooting hardware (iPads/laptops).
• Excellent communication skills, including written and verbal.
• Highly organized with the ability to meet multiple deadlines.
• High level of initiative.

Responsibilities

• Support the successful execution of customer events through on-site management of OneCause technology.
• Work with OneCause staff including Event Managers, Onsite Support, and Support Staff.
• Help manage OneCause technology including OneCause software, laptops, and iPads.
• Assist Event Manager with assigned OneCause-related client expectations.
• Assist Event Managers in navigating and troubleshooting our software in real time.
• Review all client auction and guest data and make appropriate changes where necessary.
• Work with client to ensure software is fully utilized to maximize event revenue by providing recommendations that follow best practices.
