Job summary

Bonterra is seeking a part-time, seasonal On-site Event Support role to assist at client events across multiple markets. You will manage on-site operations, assist with OneCause technology, and ensure successful event execution.

Requirements include 2+ years of in-person customer service, comfort with web-based software and mobile devices, and strong communication. This role travels within a 125-mile radius of home market and is not remote.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of in-person customer service experience.
• Experience with web-based software and basic troubleshooting.
• Comfortable using smartphones and tablets and related hardware.

Responsibilities

• Support the successful execution of customer events through on-site management of OneCause technology.
• Manage OneCause staff including Assistant Event Managers and Onsite Support Staff.
• Set up and manage the OneCause technology including software, laptops, and iPads.
• Resolve client expectations on-site and provide training to clients and staff.
• Review client event data and make appropriate changes to maximize revenue.
