Bonterra's OneCause team seeks a part-time, seasonal On-Site Event Support specialist to help run client events. This fully on-site role covers cities across hubs with travel within 125 miles of your home market.

Expect long event days, hands-on management of OneCause technology. Candidates should have 2+ years of in-person customer service, be comfortable with web-based software and mobile devices, and demonstrate strong communication.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of in-person customer service experience.
• Experience with web-based software and basic setup/troubleshooting knowledge.
• Comfortable using smartphones/tablets and related hardware.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• High level of initiative.
• Event, non-profit, or fundraising experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the successful execution of client events through on-site management of OneCause technology.
• Manage OneCause staff including Assistant Event Managers and Onsite Support Staff.
• Setup and manage OneCause technology including software, laptops, and iPads.
• Manage and resolve client expectations related to OneCause.
• Provide on-site software training to client staff, volunteers, and guests.
• Review client auction and guest data and implement necessary changes.
• Work with clients to maximize event revenue by applying best practices.
