Job summary

Catalyst Dental Allies is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide hands-on, on-site technology support across its multi-clinic network. You will serve as the local point of contact and coordinate with a third-party IT provider to address issues that require on-site presence.

The role involves traveling between clinic locations to install, configure, and troubleshoot computers, servers, and networking equipment, while maintaining inventory and supporting day-to-day technology needs of clinic

Qualifications

• Hands-on on-site IT support across multiple clinics.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues.
• Communicate effectively with clinic teams and third-party IT provider.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary on-site IT resource across multiple clinics.
• Work with third-party IT provider to resolve tickets and complete projects.
• Respond to IT tickets requiring on-site support.
• Purchase and configure computers, servers, and other IT equipment.
• Set up technology for new and existing users at clinics.
• Install networking equipment and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
• Maintain an inventory of hardware and software assets.
• Travel between clinic locations for on-site support.
• Support clinic moves or expansions and technology projects.
