Job summary

Catalystdds is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide hands-on, on-site technology support across multiple dental clinics. The role collaborates with a third-party IT provider to resolve issues and implement projects, serving as the local point of contact for on-site needs.

Responsibilities include purchasing and configuring equipment, setting up new users, installing hardware, and maintaining an inventory of IT assets across clinics.

Qualifications

• Serve as the primary on-site IT resource across multiple dental clinics.
• Collaborate with third-party IT provider to resolve issues and complete projects.
• Respond to on-site IT tickets and provide hands-on support.

Responsibilities

• Purchase and configure computers, servers, and other IT equipment.
• Set up computers and technology for new and existing users.
• Install networking equipment and ensure connectivity at clinic locations.
• Troubleshoot computer, hardware, software, and network issues.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of hardware and software assets.
• Coordinate replacement and deployment of technology equipment across clinics.
• Travel to clinic locations as needed to provide on-site support.
