CAMCO Property Management seeks a Part-Time On-Site Assistant Property Manager to support the Community Manager in daily operations, resident relations, and project coordination. You will help preserve property value and foster pride in the neighborhoods we serve.

You'll build strong relationships with homeowners, Board Members, and vendors, respond to inquiries, and help prepare reports and agendas for meetings, contributing to a smoothly run community.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management or a related field focused on community associations.
• Strong record-keeping to keep documentation accessible and current.
• Proven track record in delivering excellent customer service to residents.
• Clear written and verbal communication for community updates.
• Ability to coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and proposals.
• Support budget preparation and invoice processing with accuracy.
