CAMS is seeking an On-site Assistant Community Manager & Compliance Inspector to provide administrative support by implementing and adhering to the association's policies, procedures, and systems, while monitoring administrative projects.

The role includes overseeing appearance and maintenance of office facilities to ensure contractual obligations are met and the office operates in good order, along with driving property inspections and responding to owner inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Serve as principal on-site administrator.
• Handle phone inquiries and refer calls to ensure timely communications.
• Post updates to the CAMS association website.
• Respond professionally to upset owners/contractors.
• Oversee daily operations of community and facilities per policies.
• Interact daily with Members.
• Investigate and resolve violations.
• Maintain accurate communications and data.
• Drive to inspect property and common areas.
• Record new violations and update status.
• Process, file and readily find association records.
• Maintain gate keys/cards securely.
• Manage clubhouse reservations and payments.
• Perform heavy computer work, copying, faxing.
