CAMCO Property Management is seeking a Part-Time On-Site Assistant Property Manager in Fort Washington, PA to support daily operations and partner with the Community Manager to enhance property value and resident satisfaction.

You will build relationships with homeowners, Board Members, and vendors, coordinate events, and ensure timely, quality service while maintaining organized records and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

  • Experience in property management or a related field, with a focus on community association management.
  • Ability to maintain organized and accurate records, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and accessible.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service, fostering positive relationships with homeowners and stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively draft and distribute community communications.
  • Ability to coordinate and attend meetings, preparing agendas and documenting minutes with attention to detail.
  • Experience in managing vendor relationships, including soliciting proposals and evaluating performance.
  • Ability to support financial management tasks, such as budget preparation and invoice processing, with accuracy and efficiency.
