Responsabilités

• Prepares high quality meals according to standardized recipes.
• Uses and directs accurate portion control standards.
• Organizes and plans work schedule to meet serving times.
• Maintains sanitary kitchen conditions at all times.
• Checks menus daily to verify item preparation needs.
• Stores leftovers properly according to standards.
• Operates equipment safely and hygienically.
• Supervises dining to ensure resident satisfaction with meals.
• Records food temperatures in the temperature log.
• Completes cleaning tasks as scheduled.
• Cleans equipment and work areas for safety and sanitation.
• Inventories and orders food products to ensure adequate stock.
