Eventide Fargo Senior Living Apartments in Fargo, ND, is seeking a Culinary Cook for a part-time shift from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. This role involves preparing meals for residents, enforcing safety and sanitation standards, and supporting dining services to ensure high resident satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of culinary experience, HS diploma or GED preferred, and must be at least 18 years old. There is a weekend/holiday rotation and on-site work at Fargo Senior Living.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• 1-3 years of previous culinary experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares meals according to standardized recipes and techniques.
• Maintains sanitary kitchen conditions at all times.
• Checks menus daily to verify necessary items.
• Oversees catering events and ensures quality and safety.
• Organizes work schedule to meet serving times.
• Assists servers to deliver timely meal service.
• Inventories and orders food supplies to maintain stock.
