Job summary

State Employees' Credit Union in Wadesboro, NC is seeking a part-time branch associate to deliver exemplary member service across all channels. You will greet members, handle inquiries, process accounts, and support daily branch operations in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong math, attention to detail, reliable attendance, and the ability to balance cash drawers, operate the drive-thru, and use the Margo and Image systems. Training and development are available.

Qualifications

• Must be able to operate cash drawer and balance daily.
• Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service focus.
• Fluent English; able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle establishment of new membership, open all accounts, and process changes in accounts.
• Educate members on available services and make recommendations based on their needs.
• Key all required transactions into the Margo system and balance cash drawer with accuracy.
• Balance the vault, ATM, TCD and coin sorter.
• Answer phones, file paperwork, scan documents into Image System, and perform other clerical duties as needed.
