Job summary

State Employees' Credit Union seeks a Part-time Branch Associate in Wilmington to deliver exemplary member service across channels. You will greet members, open accounts, process changes, and educate on services while handling cash and daily branch tasks.

Qualifications

• Provide exemplary member service across delivery channels.
• Basic math and cash handling proficiency.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to balance cash drawers and reconcile records.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced branch environment.

Responsibilities

• Establish new memberships and open accounts; process account changes.
• Educate members on available services and provide recommendations.
• Record transactions in the Margo system and balance cash drawer.
• Balance vault, ATM, TCD and coin sorter; maintain accompanying reports.
• Operate drive-thru window as needed and assist with inquiries.
• Prepare and verify cash deliveries and weekly shipments.
• Assist members with account problems and reconciliations; resolve errors.
• Advancement on credit lines in coordination with an approving officer.
• Answer calls, file paperwork, scan documents, and perform clerical duties.
• Possible training in other branch operations as needed.
