Responsibilities

• Handle establishment of new membership, open all accounts, and process changes in accounts.

• Assist members with account problems, checking reconciliations, or errors in transactions.
• Grant subsequent advances on existing credit cards and lines with approval.
• Answer phone, file paperwork, scan documents into Image System, and perform clerical duties.
