Responsibilities

• Greet members and respond to needs or direct to the right department.
• Open new memberships and all account types.
• Process changes to accounts and balance vault, ATM, and coin sorter.
• Handle drive-thru operations as needed.
• Maintain daily/monthly reports like vault control and returned checks.
• Assist with credit card advances and loan documentation.
