You will answer calls, process transactions, and provide basic support for online and mobile banking while adhering to RCU policies and service standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or closely related field.
• 2+ years of call center, retail, or clerical customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone within guidelines and complete phone transactions.
• Provide education on lending, CUSO and membership information.
• Research member problems and respond with accurate information.
• Provide basic technical support for online and mobile banking.
