Job summary

Redwood Credit Union is seeking a Part Time Member Service Associate in Point Arena, CA. You will perform routine teller tasks, deliver excellent member service, and support branch goals by selling and referring RCU products.

The role requires balancing cash, cross-selling, and rotating Saturdays in a friendly, team-oriented environment. RCU offers a comprehensive benefits package and a strong not-for-profit culture focused on member well-being and community service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 6 months experience in retail sales and cash handling.
• Ability to learn new products, services, procedures and technologies.
• Ability to work a rotating schedule including Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional member service to Members, volunteers, and staff.
• Explain products and services to meet Members' needs and cross-sell.
• Complete Members' transactions accurately and balance cash.
• Attend departmental meetings and participate in branch duties.
• Support in opening/closing the branch and handle orders for forms.
