Job summary

Redwood Credit Union is seeking a Part Time Member Service Center Representative (24–25 hours/week) to handle routine and specialized telephone requests and back-office work for Member transactions. You will answer calls, process transactions, and educate members on lending and membership information while upholding our service standards.

The role includes basic technical support for online and mobile banking, with a focus on delivering outstanding Member service and adhering to Credit Union

Qualifications

• Requires knowledge of modern office methods and procedures.
• PC operation with Internet/Intranet in Windows environment.
• Must possess demonstrated Member service skills.
• Ability to cross-sell products to meet Member needs.
• Ability to perform mathematical computations.
• Ability to type 40 words per minute.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Ability to establish and maintain relationships with a diverse group.

Responsibilities

• Answer the telephone within established guidelines.
• Complete phone transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Disseminate and educate callers on lending, CUSO and membership information.
• Resolve Member problems with thorough, accurate information or direct to appropriate department.
• Provide basic level technical support of online and Mobile banking platforms.
• Deliver excellent Member service by following policy and procedures.
