Job summary

Redwood Credit Union is seeking a Part Time Member Service Center Representative to handle routine and specialized telephone requests and back-office work for member transactions in Santa Rosa, CA.

The role involves answering calls, completing transactions, educating members on products, and researching inquiries while maintaining high service standards and following policy. 24–25 hours weekly with benefits eligibility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 2+ years in call center, retail, or customer service environment.
• Typing at least 40 words per minute.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Ability to cross-sell products and services to meet member needs.

Responsibilities

• Answer the telephone within established performance guidelines.
• Complete phone transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Disseminate and educate callers on lending, CUSO and membership information.
• Research member problems and respond with thorough, accurate information or direct to the appropriate department.
• Provide basic technical support for online and mobile banking platforms.
• Deliver excellent member service by following credit union policy and procedures.
