Qualifications

• Knowledge of financial products and services including loans.
• Ability to cross-sell and recommend solutions based on member needs.
• A combination of education and experience equivalent to a high school diploma with retail cash handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Open accounts and match member needs to products and services.
• Determine appropriate loan products and complete loan applications.
• Perform teller transactions and balance cash daily.
• Answer questions, resolve problems, and refer to other products as needed.
• Conduct branch opening/closing duties and follow confidentiality policies.
