Qualifications

• Knowledge of financial institution products and services, including loans.
• Experience with cash handling and balancing.
• Ability to cross-sell using needs-based approach.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to members, volunteers, staff, and service providers.
• Cross-sell Redwood Credit Union products and services.
• Open accounts and match member needs to products.
• Determine appropriate loan products and complete loan applications, funding, and documentation.
• Research member questions and resolve issues with accurate information.
