Job summary

Redwood Credit Union is seeking a Part Time Member Relationship Specialist to deliver exceptional member service, assist with new accounts and loans, and promote RCUs' products. The role involves cross-selling, opening accounts, and guiding members through loan applications.

You will operate in a branch setting with a rotating Saturday schedule, working to meet member needs and maintain confidentiality of information. A high school diploma and retail/cash handling experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 18+ months in retail sales and/or cash handling.
• Ability to cross-sell using a needs-based approach.
• Ability to obtain and maintain National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration.
• Ability to be registered as a Credit Endorsee with the California Department of Insurance.
• Effective written and verbal communication; ability to work with diverse people.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to members, volunteers, staff, and providers.
• Cross-sell RCU and RCUSG products and services.
• Open accounts and match member needs to products and services.
• Determine appropriate loan products for member needs.
• Obtain loan information and documents; complete loan applications.
