Job summary

Redwood Credit Union is seeking a Part Time (24 to 25 hours per week) Member Service Center Representative who will perform routine and specialized telephone requests and back‑office work associated with the Member Service Center in processing Member transactions.

Responsibilities include answering calls, processing transactions, educating members on lending and online banking, researching problems, and delivering service per policy and standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Typing speed of 40 wpm or faster required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to cross-sell products and services to meet member needs.

Responsibilities

• Answer the telephone within established guidelines and complete phone transactions accurately.
• Educate callers about lending, CUSO and membership information.
• Research member problems and provide thorough, accurate information.
• Provide basic technical support for online and Mobile banking platforms.
• Deliver service by following Credit Union policy and procedures.
