Job summary

Qualifications

• Reception and Registration of memberships, including collecting dues and issuing membership cards.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to greet and assist members and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and direct them to the proper person.
• Register memberships and collect dues; issue membership cards.
• Maintain membership records and statistics using KidTrax or similar software.
• Enforce club rules and policies with fairness and consistency.
• Assist in programs and activities; act as information center for questions about the club.
• Answer phones, take messages, and project a good public image for all callers.
