Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Tampa Bay is seeking a Program & Outcomes Coordinator to oversee planning and delivery of Club programs focused on belonging, academic success, health, life skills, leadership, and workforce readiness in the Town 'n' Country area of Tampa, FL.

Under the supervision of the Club Director, you will manage program schedules, maintain records, supervise staff development, and ensure a safe and positive environment for youth while complying with regulations and

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Four-year degree in related field from an accredited college or university, or equivalent experience preferred.
• Three years’ work experience in a Boys & Girls Club or similar organization preferred.
• Must complete CPR training within 90 days of hire.
• Must have intermediate computer knowledge; Excel, Word, and Outlook preferred.
• Must obtain Staff Credential per Childcare Licensing Board standards within one year of employment.
• Must complete required DCF trainings in allotted time.
• Additional training may be required for continuing education and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Model the mission, vision, ICARE values, and policies of BGCGTB.
• Plan and supervise age-appropriate Club programs and activities.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
• Ensure staff understand and communicate programming standards; assist Director to supervise staff.
• Create and execute program schedules aligned with BGCGTB standards.
• Oversee record keeping and reporting of activities and participation numbers.
• Assist with daily food program oversight including temperature documentation and meal distribution.
• Oversee special programs or events as needed and manage membership data entry.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Build relationships with Club families, schools, volunteers, and community partners.
