Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma; degree in HR or related field preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and data-entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate high-volume recruitment support, onboarding, and HR administration.
• Initiate and track Florida DCF Level 2 background screenings and drug screenings.
• Ensure Form I-9 and E-Verify compliance within required timelines.
• Maintain HRIS data in ADP Workforce Now and keep confidential personnel records.
• Support orientation and onboarding activities for new hires.
