Job summary

Planet Fitness in South Ogden, UT seeks a part-time Floater/Member Services Representative to greet members, answer questions, and process memberships. This per diem role requires daily on-site presence and a commitment to the club culture and positive guest experience.

The MSR role focuses on member inquiries, transactions, and maintaining a clean, friendly environment while supporting tours, sign-ups, and daily front-desk operations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• On-site, not remote.
• CPR/AED certification within required timeframe.
• Tanning certification within company required timeframe.
• Must pass E-Verify where applicable.
• National Sex Offender Registry checks for MSRs.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Provide information about memberships and amenities; assist with tours and sign-ups.
• Process new memberships, cancellations and payments accurately.
• Answer phones professionally and manage front-desk duties.
• Maintain club cleanliness and safety throughout shifts.
