Job summary

Planet Fitness - Fitton Clubs in Utah is seeking a motivated Member Services Representative (MSR) for a full-time Day shift. You will greet members, assist with sign-ups, process payments, and maintain a clean, welcoming Judgement Free Zone® environment. This on-site role requires a customer-focused mindset and ability to handle multiple tasks.

Bilingual English/Spanish is encouraged. CPR/AED and Tanning certifications must be obtained within required timeframes, with background checks completed

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must work onsite; this is not a remote position.
• Must obtain CPR/AED Certification within required timeframes.
• Must obtain Tanning Certification within required timeframes.
• Bilingual English/Spanish encouraged to apply.
• Background check including National Sex Offender Registry search.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests, provide friendly, professional customer service.
• Explain memberships, assist tours and sign-ups.
• Process memberships, cancellations, and payments; handle billing questions.
• Answer phones and manage front desk operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety throughout the club.
