Qualifications

• Front desk and member services experience is preferred.
• Customer-focused with the ability to handle inquiries and billing questions.
• Ability to follow procedures and work onsite.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with account inquiries, changes, and payments.
• Greet members and guests to create a positive club experience.
• Process memberships, cancellations and payments accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety throughout the club.
